This data-base houses the contacts for IOM America, the Identity Matters Worldview Institute, the IM Worldview Online School, LinkHim Network, Living Hope Ministries, IM Social Networks & the IM Email services. PRIMARY BELIEF STATEMENT
Identity Matters is an experiential embrace, and an understanding, of the believer’s identification with Christ in His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension - in daily living. This is what we call the Exchanged Life. When an individual has a born-again experience by faith, it means the Life of Christ comes and indwells the believer through the person-hood of the Holy Spirit (the Spirit of Christ Jesus). The reality of this transformation allows for a true exchange of our old nature, for that of the nature of God through Christ. In knowing this, we become partakers of all that is true about Christ through His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension. Now the believer is in a position to appropriate their true identity, in Christ, and begin to live out that he is literally the righteousness of Christ (Galatians 2:20).

LINKHIM PRIVACY POLICY
Protecting your private information is our priority. LinkHim is not an OPEN PLATFORM. Meaning, until IOM Corporate decides to launch the platform as an "open directory," the network will remain private. This Privacy Policy governs data collection and usage of the products, services, software, platform and websites (collectively, "Services") provided by IOM America & the Identity Matters Worldview Institute Incorporated and any of our affiliates. Our privacy agreement is simple, we keep all LINKHIM members & visitor data 100% private. We do not buy, sell or trade any collective data obtained in the IOM America & the IM Worldview Institute. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy as well as our Terms of Service below. If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, then you should stop accessing the Services.

IM Workers: The workers you find within our websites are volunteer-independent contractors, not IOM America employees, so they're free to set their own terms and course fees. IOM America/LinkHim is not responsible for the services or advice they give. We can access any message(s) you send an instructor, fellow LINKHIM member, or volunteer through our platform - this for fulfillment and quality assurance purposes. The primary owner of collected data within our ministries belongs to IOM America - the over-site organization of IM Worldview Institute, LinkHim Network, & IM Thinkific online schools.

Registered Members: IM LINKHIM will share your information with its registered, Board of Regents approved, members who request contact information to fulfill ministry services. Remembering, LINKHIM is for the purpose of providing a global referral source for other members. Registered member services will automatically renew unless they choose to cancel - at which time, all member information is withheld. If fees are introduced to this service, IOM America will notify you well in advance for decision making purposes. All individuals, churches & ministries must agree to our Privacy Policies and Terms of Services.

Termination of Service: IOM America/LinkHim has the right to downgrade or cancel your account at any time. This is a very rare occurrence, and would only happen if you were violating the terms, breaking the law, or otherwise misusing the service.

Document Ownership: The documents stored & distributed on our websites belong to the author(s) stated in the document. You must follow the copyright guidelines provided in the document, course outline or publishers notation.

Email Consent: One of our goals is to promote email, text & social posting within LinkHim members. To maintain your membership, you need to agree to receive communications from other members. It is your responsibility to remove, block or ask for discontinuation of messaging.

Online Communication Services: We offer a lot of ways to communicate through our website, like message boards, live chats, blog comments, and more. You agree to use those services as intended, and not to post anything illegal or abusive.

Social Networks: If for any reason it would be illegal for you to use LinkHim services, you agree not to do so. You also agree not to use our social networks for frivolous chats, non-related institute communications, hate-crimes, or to pursue fellow members for contact development. If any abuse of these services are noted, your subscription, membership or student registry will be deleted from our system promptly.

IM License/Copyright: If you follow these terms, you're welcome to use all LinkHim services in the manner intended. The documents you create , as well as the content in each of your communications (videos, audios, PDF files, etc.) - we consider is your property. You cannot use the LinkHim Network for advertisements, selling or placing other members on spam lists. If you desire to promote one of your published books, etc. - please contact IOM stating your intentions.

Intellectual Property Rights: The IOM America, LinkHim Network, IM Worldview Institute & Thinkific logos, software, trademarks, products, and services belong to us. You agree not to copy or sell any of our intellectual property.

Third Party Links: The links we provide to other websites are for your information only. We don't endorse and are not responsible for the content of any member sites.

Minor Aged Students: In honor of the federal standards of minors, it is the responsibility of the minor-applicant to obtain permission from their legal guardian(s) to join the LinkHim Network or attend any promoted discipleship, counseling or training.
